I am currently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a minor in Women & Gender Studies at Ball State University where I've been building a strong foundation in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and more. I have multiple hands-on experiences in customer service including 7Brew, Baskin Robbins, and Woodland Country Club. I have learned to adapt to different roles and be part of a team while also getting the job done. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc. I have some experience with Adobe Suite but would love to learn more.
