At House of Rohl, I am lucky to manage the global product portfolio of three brands that have design, provenance and customer experience at their core. Our brands are specified in some of the most prestigious homes and hotels worldwide.     I was responsible for all Marketing, PR and digital activity for Fiona Cairns Ltd, a luxury bakery brand. I joined the company following their involvement in the Royal Wedding in 2011, to capitalise on a number of brand development opportunities following a period of such high profile exposure. • Developed the e-commerce offering from concept to launch, planning seasonal launches and managing a team. • Social media & community management: grew Facebook to 8,000+ and Twitter to 2,000+. Established an email marketing programme, gaining over 10k subscribers in under a year. • Recruited and managed a PR agency to secure publicity, delivering over 200 pieces of coverage in 6 months. • Acted as a brand representative during the planning, filming and airing of The Home of Fabulous Cakes, a 10-part TV baking show with over 1.7 million viewers. Liaised with ITV, the production company and internal teams throughout. • Worked closely with the Design Director to develop licensed product ranges. • Project managed key events for Fiona Cairns Ltd in conjunction with clients including Waitrose, Harrods and Selfridges to increase the brand's presence in the stores. • Managed the official book launch of Seasonal Baking, which was attended by VIPs, journalists and key stakeholders. • Ran an in-depth CSR project to become 0% landfill, meeting client targets and reducing costs.

    I coordinated The Times Top 100 Graduate Survey at UCL, over six months, managing a team of 22 student researchers. • Increased awareness of the Times Top 100 brand through focus groups, surveys, and promotions • I achieved top results for the company in November 09, by tripling target subscriptions to the Top 100 newsletter at UCL through the use of online and offline marketing methods.
