I am an experienced Chief People Officer with a background that spans finance, communications, and global People leadership. This mix has shaped a practical and commercially grounded approach to building organisations that perform well, lead well, and communicate with clarity. Earlier in my career I qualified as a chartered accountant and held finance roles in industry before moving into corporate communications and, ultimately, senior People leadership. That journey gives me a strong understanding of how strategy, culture, and performance connect and how good people leadership underpins all three. My style is straightforward and outcome-focused: clear expectations, consistent leadership standards, and practical solutions that support both people and business success. As a parent of two deaf boys, I bring a personal commitment to inclusion and to creating workplaces that enable talent to thrive.
