About

I am a dedicated 3rd Year Exercise and Sport Science student, building and further developing my knowledge and abilities to help people improve their overall health and athletic performance. As a student my studies have expanded my knowledge in areas of exercise prescription, delivery and assessment. Through my studies I have developed skills of using evidence-based research into practice and working as a collaborative team to prescribe and deliver a range of exercises and tests. I am known to be adaptable to multiple environments, accountable and organised and an empathetic person. I am always keen to learn and develop new skills in patient-centred and athlete-centred settings. I play recreational football and tennis and have a major interest in sport and athletic development having grown up around them and with experience in different sporting environments. This also ties into my strong motivation for rehabilitation, with a passion to help individuals fight back to become their ultimate best.
