I am passionate about using exercise to improve a person's quality of life and seek to share that passion with young athletes and the general population alike. My current position as an office assistant at Minster Chiropractic Center and former as a strength and conditioning coach at May PT and Performance position have allowed me to immerse myself in the health and wellness field. Having taken courses in anatomy, physiology, physics, and medical terminology, I have developed a knowledge base that will carry into and be strengthened by continued experience in the field.
