Reporting to the Head of HR for Med and Wn Europe and managing a team of 4, I was responsible for all aspects of people management in Italy, including: people strategy industrial relations efficiency and cost reduction merger and acquisitions reward, salary grading, benefit structure, contracts global mobility (expatriation and impatriation) change management performance management, succession planning, training and development internal communication governance operational HR / Payroll operational excellence – Project Manager responsible for the implementation of Oracle HR and salary grading in France, Spain, Italy, Morocco, Monaco co-ordination and management of health and safety (together with the Facility Manager)
Reporting directly to the General Manager, dealing with up to 60 employees/consultants responsible for internal regulations and procedures, co-ordination of external service suppliers, reporting, performance management, recruitment, personnel budget, cost control, salary and benefits, management of ex-pats, co-ordination of administration of the European branches and the head office in Holland, monitoring of office morale and relative action plans, change management during the various acquisitions, internal restructuring and management changes, internal communication, co-ordination and management of all the logistical aspects together with the Office Administrator (including health and safety, management of office leasing agreement and partial sublet, insurance, maintenance and renovation work, supplier relationships and cost management).
