Continued building on my 2017 success at Airtime, this time working with a high priority team to test strategies for acquiring large groups of high school users. Contributed to other projects as needed, including managing user generated social media ads and merchandise distribution.
Through sharing stories and knowledge learned through my experiences, I gave prospective students and their families a realistic and positive perspective on being an undergraduate student at Northwestern in this customer service position.
Contributing to the marketing efforts of a tech startup, promoting a new app. Worked closely with the Community Team to better understand our users through constant engagement. Designed and executed a phone interview assessment of our most frequent users, then analyzed the data and presented it to the company president and team heads.
