My career started in 2007 with a study project as Network Manager/Engineer. Through the years I've gained extensive experience as Support Technician. Both external and internal support. Working as 1st and 2nd level Support Technician solving technical issues with great diversity. Now working as System Engineer at the Dutch Tax Services. My passion and personal motto; IT should be for everybody and as such everybody deserves access and support no matter their level of proficiency.

Skilled Servicedesk. Provide support to end-users with technical issues. Provide 2nd line support to Support Engineers at the servicedesk. Coordinate high priority incidents, routing them properly and monitoring status of incidents. Standby shifts for incidents on mission-critical services.
Preparing Nokia Lumia phones for migration. Activating and migrating Vodafone subscriptions to new simcards and providing support to users during the swap.
