Directly support the Senior Tax Manager in day-to-day audit operations and client engagements. Conduct monthly and quarterly on-site visits to client firms and manage active audit processes. Inspect and audit purchase, sales, return, exemption, withholding, export and import invoices. Actively participate in VAT-1, VAT-2, Withholding Tax, Stamp Duty, Provisional Tax and Corporate Tax declaration reviews. Contribute to the preparation and review of Importer Information Forms, Foreign Exchange Position Forms and Special Investigation Reports. Directly involved in the drafting of full certification (tam tasdik) audit reports. Support client portfolio management and business development activities. Monitor legislative changes and share up-to-date regulatory information with the team.
I worked as an audit trainee at audit department of Centrum Turkey. Mainly focused on tax and regulations. Auditing clients in terms of financially and inspecting their business activities in terms of financially such as their budgets, their accounting, business transactions with respect of law and regulations. Writing magazine of new regulations ordered by state every month. During that time, I learned more about how businesses operating themselves in terms of financially. Regulating and inspecting methods. Improved my knowledge more about software programs such as SAP, Excell.
