Core Sensor Engineer for MAF, MAP, Humidity and Lead Engineer for Airflow Sensors Team accross Global Ford engine and vehicle programs • Leading and writing necessary Engineering Specs, System Design Specifications,Application Guidelines, Design Verification & Validation Test Plans and Quality files for the Airflow sensors • Leading & supporting all quality items within Airflow Sensor Team • Implementing the new sensor technologies by working together with suppliers and Research and Development Team in US. • Working with FoE Purchase for the sourcing of the sensors & suppliers according to Ford technologhy requirements & commodity business strategy. •Developing Sensor Technology Plans for the future model programs
• Application D&R Engineer of exhaust after treatment system sensors and calibration releases for Global B car platform • Design & Release of installation parts including sensor hoses,brackets, heatshields, plastic & metal clips for the robust sensor application • Leading the quality documentation files within the team for EAI Sensor Applications
• Component Engineer for cost reduction items in terms of design&material changes, new designs or sourcing changes for the ongoing production body parts . • Defining and tracking the DV & PV test plans for the new parts • Following all other cost reduction items tracked by other communities within PD , • Leading regular weekly meetings and reporting the status to Management.
Project Engineer • Heat Loss Calculation of the project implementation area • Defining the required fittings and components for the installation • 2D preperation of Floor Heating System Installation by using Autocad • Providing feasibility and quotation for the customers
