Monad Ventures is an early stage VC fund focused in enterprise and technology investments. Founded in 2015 in Beijing, Monad has completed over 100 investments to date, including HTAP database PingCAP, AI customer service SaaS Leyan, DTC e-commerce platform Cider, quadruped robotics company Unitree, internet insurance platform Waterdrop, RPA software platform ShadowBot, computer vision algorithm platform ExtremeVision, among others. Many of Monad’s investments have grown to become leaders in their categories. I first joined Monad as an intern in 2015, and returned to join the team full time in 2018. I became a general partner in 2021. While at Monad, I focused on early-stage investments in the enterprise space, where I covered sectors including data infrastructure, collaboration and automation, etc. I also participated in fundraising and management, and led our global operations.
Plug and Play is an incubator and Seed-stage investor that bridges industry needs and emerging startups. I supported sourcing, analysis, and execution of Seed-stage investments in the US, and was a key member of PNP’s initial cross-border program.
