About

I am an incoming doctoral fellow at the University of Alabama Graduate School. Starting August 2026, I will be working to complete a Ph.D. in developmental psychology under Dr. Ansley Gilpin. In addition, I am currently collaborating with Dr. Jacqueline Woolley, Ph.D., from The University of Texas at Austin, and Dr. Jen Clegg, Ph.D., from Texas State, to publish two manuscripts based on my senior thesis that I completed at The University of Texas at Austin. My current research interests include the use of technology in elementary schools and its impact on children's cognitive and academic development, and the role of recess in children's academic performance in school.
