I was a full cycle recruiter for Software Engineering & Design interns, Senior Product Designers, Senior Data Scientists, and IT while sourcing for key roles in engineering. - Built the intern hiring process from the ground up and hired 12 summer interns - Revamped the product design hiring process - Partnered with the Head of Engineering, Engineering Managers, Head of Product, Design Leads, Head of Research & DS
I supported our Engineering and GTM teams as the first dedicated sourcer - educated hiring managers and built top-of-funnel strategies. - Built our sourcing hub, team tracker, documentation, and resources for new sourcers from the ground up - Implemented research, competitive talent mapping, networking, recruiting analytics/reporting with Gem, and revamped our referrals program - Led and managed Gem implementation - Eng roles included: Security Engineer, DevOps, Data Engineer, Data Infra, SRE, Full Stack Engineers - GTM roles included: our first Enterprise Account Executives, first Demand Gen Lead, Lifecycle Marketer, CSMs/Implementation Managers
