About

As an aspiring medical professional, I am deeply passionate about human physiology, sexual and reproductive health, oncology, and the intersection of clinical medicine and public health where too often these are treated as two discrete fields. Additionally, as a proud National Merit Scholar, UCLA Alumni Scholar, and PBWC Scholar, I find immense value in academic excellence and the empowerment of my community as I progress in my own professional and personal journey. For example, I co-founded the menstrual justice non-profit Youth for HOPE in 2023 to not only assist underserved communities with menstrual resources and education, but also galvanize fellow youth to the cause while simultaneously learning how to be a more compassionate and effective community leader. In addition, I am a proud student member of the Center for Reproductive Sciences, Health, and Education at UCLA and a research volunteer in Dr. Drew Moghanaki's Thoracic Radiation Oncology clinical research team.
