• Built and led Indiegogo’s ad execution team. • Led ad strategy and promotional plan for Indiegogo’s Digital Services program’s client to help growing traffic, conversion and fund raised (revenue). Expand and optimize marketing into new channels and mediums • Collaborated cross functionally with the growth team/product marketing team in leading ad tracking methodology in response to Apple iOS14 updates, which avoided ad performance degradation for 20% of overall platform traffic.
• Oversaw social campaigns and deliverables across 5 business verticals to secure media coverage and performance margins. • Optimized campaign strategy, creation of landing pages and ad content, and A/B testing to identify best practices for campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Designed and executed primary research (two online surveys and in-depth interviews) with Google Adword’s small & medium business customers to evaluate online customer service and reveal customer insights from multiple data sources. • Developed criteria for assessing the best practices of secondary research; for 14 industries and 42 companies. • Presented competitive analysis and recommended actionable strategies to Google OAE director for Google Adwords.
