🎓 I'm trained at the intersection of psychology, human behavior, and decision-making. Earning my MA in Spiritual Psychology at Columbia University's Spirituality Mind Body Institute, my thesis research focused on how people access their own internal compass, aka their intuition. 🎭 For 15 years I built a career in a very high-pressure, high-stakes industry: Broadway and entertainment. It became my identity. I handled PR for Tony Award-winning productions and artists, including A Raisin in the Sun, Memphis, Billy Elliot, and Disney’s The Lion King. I co-produced Othello with Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal. The New York Times called me "persuasive." In an environment like that, you learn quickly to perform under pressure, command a room, and make consequential decisions with speed, because there is only one opening night. ☄️ Then burnout hit, followed by COVID. Broadway shut down. And one question changed everything: Who am I when the identity I built stops fitting? That question sent me back to myself, and back to school. What I found was a framework for something leaders already have but rarely use: their instincts and intuition. ✨ Now I bring that work into the world. 🧭 I give business leaders that same framework to operate from their intuition. 🔐 The result: creativity, innovation, and a competitive edge for both them and their wider teams.
