Lead daily operations for a gynecology physician practice including surgical services, wellness retail, and in-office care. Oversee budgeting and revenue cycle performance; drive cost containment and optimize operational margins. Supervise cross-functional teams, including administrative and clinical staff, ensuring alignment with practice goals and patient care standards. Improve access and scheduling by optimizing provider availability and coordinating physician call coverage. Oversaw operations for 14 outpatient primary care clinics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and health system initiatives. Supported compliance with safety standards, quality programs, and regulatory requirements across all locations. Led operational scaling efforts during a period of rapid growth, expanding the primary care network from 86 to 108 physicians during my tenure while ensuring continuity of performance, staffing, and patient access. Improved new patient access by reducing average appointment wait times from 18 to 9 days through provider template optimization and scheduling strategy redesign.
