I work on digital workplace transformation by enabling people to adopt Microsoft 365 and Copilot in a structured, practical, and value‑driven way. My work spans: Copilot adoption strategy and execution Training design and facilitation (beginner → advanced) Business use case exploration and value assessment Organisation of events to raise awareness of potential of digital tools Community building and champions enablement Adoption analytics, feedback analysis, and optimisation AI and Copilot governance alignment I act as a bridge between technology capabilities and real business needs, ensuring adoption is sustainable, and impactful.
- Assist in rolling out the annual training plan by organizing schedules, managing logistical details, and facilitating training sessions across teams. - Coordinate internal communications related to training activities, keep participants informed, and gather feedback through evaluations to improve future sessions. - Work closely with external training vendors, support coordination of training programs, handle invoice-related tasks, and maintain the provider database up to date. - Oversee daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), upload courses and materials, track attendance, provide user support, and ensure content is kept current.
