Developed and implemented centralized procurement function for Root to streamline business operations and reduce expenses to strengthen corporate governance and improve company profitability. • Collaborated with cross-functional team of Product, Creative, Growth and Engineering to optimize the Marketing Technology stack, enabling marketing’s core processes and capabilities, measure marketing activities, and discipline to procure value-based technology investments.
