New York, New York, United States
I make complex systems simpler for the people who have to use them every day. My background sits at the intersection of operations and technology. Not just fixing what's broken, but building infrastructure that runs smoothly, scales without drama, and actually makes sense to the people using it. At NYU, that meant owning the CRM infrastructure for a global admissions operation spanning 15+ sites and 20,000+ applications a year, supporting teams across Abu Dhabi, Shanghai, London, Sydney, and beyond. The through line across my career isn't a specific industry. It's the ability to walk into a complicated environment, understand how different stakeholders are experiencing it, and build something that works better for all of them. I've done that in international education, nonprofit governance, global logistics, and consulting. The problems look different; the approach doesn't. Living and working in Thailand and Cameroon early in my career shaped how I think about collaboration, ambiguity, and what it actually means to understand a user's context. Those experiences still inform how I approach new problems and new environments. I hold an MBA from NYU Stern with a focus on tech product management and global business.
I lead product and systems strategy for NYU’s global study away enrollment, managing the full lifecycle of the university’s Slate CRM platform—a SaaS system supporting 20,000+ student applications annually and 200+ users across 15 global sites. My work bridges technology, operations, and user experience: I translate stakeholder needs into scalable workflows, optimize data and integrations, and design digital tools that improve the student and staff experience. I collaborate with teams across Financial Aid, Student Health, and global sites to ensure processes are efficient, reliable, and user-centered.
