Maximize customer experience in HR service delivery model by quickly answering employee/manager inquiries related to payroll, recruitment, corporate communications, learning management system (iLearn), benefits, HR policies, on-boarding, employment verification, and time tracking. Partner with centers of excellence and team members to provide insight on employee questions while also utilizing resources such as HR policies, SharePoint, internal knowledge base, applicant tracking system (Brass Ring), People Soft HR, Time and Labor/Time Saver systems. Assist with new hire orientation, process I9’s and hiring-related paperwork, and maintain employee records. Train team members and expand upon existing knowledge base as subject matter expert in global time tracking and global joining and recruiting queues. Focus on creating initiatives to increase employee engagement by facilitating meetings for retention sub-team. Manage group projects, present ideas to engagement team, and ensure that group is able to meet deadlines.
Utilized communication skills through daily interaction with new hires for AKT's clients. Responsible for filing 8850 and 9061 tax credit paperwork with workforce development agencies around the country as a client representative under the Work Opportunity Tax Credit Program. Assisted with preparation of client billings and payroll. Audited and appealed decisions from workforce development agencies to obtain tax credits for clients. Aggressively pursued documentation to obtain valuable tax credits for clients. Attended conferences to gain information regarding HIPAA compliance and best hiring practices. Conducted research to determine feasibility of integrating E-Verify into services that are offered to clients.
