Big goals get my heart racing. Progress inspires me to achieve more, but always with the greater good in mind. Careful planning and evaluation are essential to success. I enjoy the process of strategic planning, mapping operational relationships to improve strategic alignment and goal-setting. The best part is working with a team to move a vision to reality. I believe knowledge comes to those who listen. I love to hear people's stories, especially the "game changing" moments. Every story enriches my understanding of the world around me and inspires a deeper appreciation for the unique strengths people bring to the table to enhance our work and the world. My StrengthsFinder orientation: Input, Learner, Intellection, Maximizer, Consistency.
