At the global headquarters in Winterthur, I lead the central procurement team and oversee all procurement activities for POFC worldwide — including our branch in China. In this role, I am responsible for both day-to-day project execution and the strategic development of our global supply chain. Together with my team, we're focused on strengthening supplier collaboration, driving long-term sourcing strategies, and ensuring supply chain resilience across all regions. A key focus area at present is expanding and reinforcing our supplier base in Asia to support our global growth ambitions.
