Building Ambu’s AI CoE and roadmap - ensuring compliance and security while creating measurable value across the medtech business. - Set the AI roadmap & AI operating model, with architecture, and KPIs; prioritize a portfolio that delivers impact across all corporate functions. - Architect and develop Ambu’s secure AI & Agent platform, from M365 Agents to Copilot studio & Power platform, to Azure AI platform (AI Foundry, OpenAI Service, Microsoft Fabric). - Lead a multidisciplinary teams both vendor teams, and a federated community of practice; enable M365 Copilot and AI agents at scale across Ambu. - Design, plan, and deliver AI solutions (secure RAG, multi-agent workflows, computer vision, decision support) with clear business outcomes. - Teaching & Adoption of prompting with Copilot, M365 Copilot, Github Copilot & Agent creation, ensuring high engagement & adoption rate of 93% - Support Responsible AI and compliance (EU AI Act, NIS2, ISO 27001): policies, risk assessments, model lifecycle, monitoring, and guardrails. - Partner with Legal, Quality, Clinical, and IT to ensure data protection, safety, and validation in regulated healthcare environments; manage strategic vendor relationships and lead 3 vender teams.
