Responsible for both the Digital Factory and the AI Factory, leading end-to-end delivery of digital, AI, and data-driven initiatives across the Group. Driving the development of AI capabilities through large-scale digital execution. Managing a multi-layer organization of 17 people including delivery managers, AI specialists and data engineers, with full accountability on execution, scalability and alignment with business strategy. Within the AI Factory, leading two core domains: - AI & GenAI model development (ML, LLM, RAG) - Data Engineering & Innovation (data platforms, pipelines, experimentation) Partnering with top management to define and execute the digital and AI transformation roadmap, driving initiatives from strategy to industrialized delivery.
Analysis of methodologies for load forecasting; Development of a new short term load forecasting algorithm for the Italian TSO.
