Skilled manager with extensive experience in planning, teaching, process optimization and staff coordination, communication and content management for Education, Audiovisual & Culture.
In my role as Advisor for the Film and Animation bachelor’s degree program at NABA – Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, I support the instructional design of animation courses, focusing on the international context and the cultural and professional development of the industry. I organize meetings and in-depth sessions with guests from the artistic and professional worlds. I then accompany students through their thesis projects: I approve their project proposals, guide them as they develop their research, and supervise the completion of their individual thesis. Through this mentoring activity, I help them refine their skills and present a well‑crafted and in‑depth research project
