Over the course of this internship, my supervisor and I researched and developed a hybridisation-based oligonucleotide isolation assay and LCMS quantification method for use in treatment of degenerative eye diseases. Being a CMC laboratory, I also got to observe the intricacies of ongoing clinical trial quantification as well as client relations.
