Curated the inaugural cohort where I brought SG universities' students to Jakarta, Indonesia for a structured overseas internship (GRT - SEA Edition) Hosted the first batch of Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP) young talents from our high-growth Singapore companies, building young talent pipelines.
Holding a double portfolio where I'm 1) focusing on pipelining Young Talent to SG companies, and 2) building a specialised pool of R&D talents in our ecosystem

-Successfully organized a welfare pack distribution offering new and unique items such as ear plugs -Planned several academic dialogues such as the senior internship sharing so that the newer students will get a sensing on diverse industry that our student body can do
Achievements: -Hosted Wildrift in the Inter-School E-Games (ISEG) together with NIE and ADM. Managed a total of 8 people to run the competition with around 100 people participants. -Initiated a series of workshops for the school's student body to improve their basic Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills so that it can be applicable to their school projects and reports. -Led a team of 10 members to craft meaningful and impactful events to the student body
Achievements: -Spearheaded in an initiative to use the school vacant lockers as the club's merchandise self collection box for easier collection -Lead the project with partner Zin in another new initiative project where the club sell flowers during Valentines Day to increase the activity of the student body as well as increase the revenue of the club
Duties accomplished during the internship: - Developed science contents (online and/or on-site) for activity facilitation, - Involved with the Gallery Experience team to assist with science shows and facilitate gallery interactions - Handled with daily operations of gallery spaces and activities - Initiated on new product ideation for Science Centre Singapore to launch in the future My vision: I envision Science Centre Singapore to be a place where people frequent to casually learn more about Science and the amazing processes that happens behind the scenes.
-Best in Commando Proficiency Knowledge Test for Army Training Evaluation Centre (ATEC) Stage 1 Evaluation 2019 among a total of 300 people -Top scorer (49/49) in Direct Artillery Fire ATEC Stage 1 Evaluation 2019 representing the Commando formation -Performed outstandingly in the Rappelling Instructor Course of 27 pax with regulars inclusive -Taiwan Commander Coin for an excellent display of the Basic Airborne Course demostration jump in SAF's Airborne-Trooper Training Facility (ATF)
