Supply Chain execution lead for the cluster MENAPT (Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan and Turkey)
Reporting directly to General Manager and functionally to Logistics Director – Bevcan Europe and MENA; Responsible for; Leading Supply Chain Business Unit for Turkey, having 2 plants and Warehouse Management in 4 locations • Ensure Supply Chain Departmental activities for both upstream and downstream logistics related to; o Production Planning o Raw Material and Service Planning (including import) o Transportation and Distribution (including export) of goods, raw materials, equipment and machinery o Customer Services Department ensuring an efficient delivery to customers • Sustain effective production line utilization in both plants, with cost effective sourcing and lean material planning • Responsible for efficiently managing the working capital (lean inventory levels, minimize surplus materials)
