Manage the Process and Loss Prevention departments (more than 250 people) guarantying the support to the Projects in Execution , the Tendering phase and the technology contribute for all the Onshore Saipem's activities.
Coordinate the engineering, process, commissioning and technological competences assigned (1,200 people) pursuing the most technically and economically viable design solutions for each project during the acquisition and execution phases. Contribute to define the Projects’ Execution Strategy. Ensure the required support to the Commercial and Tendering Functions. Ensure the development of the working processes and tools.
