After earning my degree, I embarked on a career spanning over ten years in software development, gaining solid and diverse experience across a wide range of technologies and project environments. I began as a Java developer, contributing to ERP systems and participating in strategic initiatives for the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano. Over time, I expanded my technical expertise into the Microsoft ecosystem, focusing on C# and JavaScript, and specializing in the development of customized solutions on the SharePoint platform for enterprise clients. In recent years, I’ve naturally transitioned into a managerial role, leading a development team with the mission of designing and delivering modern, scalable, cloud-native web applications. In this capacity, I am responsible for architectural decisions, technical coordination, and promoting best practices to ensure continuous quality and innovation.
