With over 30 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, I am a senior finance professional currently leading the finance function at Innovo Group, one of the UK’s largest diversified groups. I work closely with executive leadership and report directly to the Group CFO, overseeing a finance team managing financial operations across multiple entities within the group. Throughout my career, I have been committed to building strong finance teams, enforcing governance, and supporting leadership with reliable, timely financial insight. I take pride in being a trusted partner to senior management, contributing to informed decision-making and long-term business sustainability. I have a strong passion for digital transformation within finance and have played a leading role in driving efficiency, control, and accuracy through technology. This includes the design and implementation of integrated financial processes and systems across multiple business units. My hands-on experience spans HRMS and Payroll systems, Oracle Accounts Payable, and end-to-end process optimization across ERP platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite, SITE ERP, and Oracle Fusion. I continuously invest in professional development and currently attend Oracle University programs with expert support to enhance financial and business system capabilities. I am also an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA – USA) and a CMA candidate, reinforcing my commitment to global best practices in finance and management accounting. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University (Egypt), with certificate equivalency from the UAE Ministry of Higher Education.
