My practice areas cover the whole life-cycle of materials and include: - Chemicals regulation (REACH/CLP, Biocides, PFAS, Plant Protection Products, POPs/PIC,...); - Product regulations (CE marking, RoHS/WEEE, Medical Devices, Ecodesign, Cosmetics, Single Use Plastics...); - Environmental legislation (Waste, recycling and end-of-waste, Access to environmental information, Climate change, Green claims, packaging and packaging waste (PPWR)...); - Internal market and free movement of goods; and - The interface between these different areas including ESG, circular economy and sustainability For more details and an updated list of recent publications and speaking engagements, please go to https://www.steptoe.com/en/lawyers/el-onore-mullier.html?tab=overview
