Currently Delivery Center Manager for Thales DIS and Engagement Manager at Wevioo (Oxia). After graduating from INSAT as a Network and Telecommunication Engineer, my goal was to focus on IT Security field. This is how I ended up studying cryptography in Tsukuba University (Japan) or following an advanced master degree in Telecom ParisTech in Computers and Network Security. At the beginning of my career, I wanted to discover the consulting field, so I started at ESEC (European Security Expertise Center) at Sogeti – Cap Gemini group, first as a trainee then as a junior consultant. Back to Tunis, I continued as a Senior Security Consultant for ICE (Innovation and Consulting in Engineering). These experiences allowed me to build a strong technical expertise in different domains such as audit, compliance, BCP, integration, … Then, I have got an opportunity in a management position. First as an Integration Manager, then as a project Manager for the Thales DIS Delivery Center within Wevioo Company. So I have been able to develop my expertise in fields like project management, Bid management, Quality and Process management, … Actually, I am a delivery center manager, responsible for the Thales DIS team, one of the world’s leaders in Digital Security. Within Gemalto Delivery Center, I had been assigned a Project Management position in for a Voter Registration Solution. So I have been able de handle and get experience in aspects related to Project management, Negotiation, Specifications, Change Request Management, Risk and Events management, Planning and Schedule management, Budget and P&L management …
My first work within the Gemalto Delivery Center was to manage integration aspects between different providers and suppliers in a very complex project. So I have been able to develop my expertise in fields like System and networking integration, user acceptance testing, Testing process and strategies Management, Testing & Validation & Quality Assurance.
Back to Tunis, I had the opportunity to be part of starting a business and thus develop my entrepreneurial skills. As a team we started a Security Consulting portfolio from ground and counted as our clients many of the biggest companies in finance, insurance, investment, Telecom, energy and industrial sectors. So I have been able to build a strong technical expertise in different domains such as audit, compliance, BCP, and integration of Systemand Network Security Solutions.
ESEC is an agency dedicated to the Security of Information systems and part of Sogeti – Cap Gemini group. I first joined ESEC team as a trainee then as a Junior Security Consultant. I worked on different projects including Strong Authentication (Smart cards), security audit, BCP, within different sectors such as finance (Société Générale, Natixis), energy (Areva), public sector (CNAMTS).
During my last year of Engineering School, I joined Tsukuba University (Graduate School of Systems and Information Engineering) and its Laboratory of Cryptography and Information Security under the supervision of M. Eiji OKAMOTO. It was a very good experience working on a research field as I had the opportunity to publish and present scientific articles mainly about « DDoS attacks ». It was also a good opportunity for me to closely work on cryptanalysis topics with the finest international researchers.
