Developing internationally as a Quality Manager with a focus on Complaint management, Customer support and Product Quality Assurance along the Supply Chain. My background includes experience in Project Management with Lean Six Sigma, Technical training coordination, Process documentation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP+), HACCP risks control, ISO 22000 and Internal Auditing. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering Management, and to further strengthen my expertise, I recently began an MBA with Quality Management focus, aiming to deepen my knowledge in continuous improvement, building and maintaining a QMS, risk management as well as in leadership and business strategy within quality-driven organizations.
o Manage product and logistics related complaints within DACH-BeNeLux region + Asia-Australia; cooperation with customers, suppliers, carriers, surveyors, insurers and peers worldwide to ensure resolution. o Conduct annual inspections/assessment to third-party providers to meet Fertilizer’s Europe handling requirements. o Develop and maintain up to date internal SOP/WIs related to quality processes and ensure alignment across European BU’s by regular training/coaching. o Analyze complaint trends and report cost implications to the Management. o Coordinate the annual GMP+ FSA audit, warranting Feed Regulation compliance & Good Manufacturing Practices for the feed portfolio, incl. addressing non-conformities through CAPA method.
o Head of the QA laboratory team conformed of 20 technicians and 2 clerks. o Management of the internal complaint system. o Close communication with suppliers and negotiation for solutions. o Team development through regular SOP trainings and feedback meetings with the team. o Project developed on the internal measurement system, reduction of error variation through Lean Six Sigma tools.
o Certified in “Job Instruction: Train the Trainer” by the TWI Institute in Syracuse, NY. o Development of SOP in the Production department to build a Training Program. o Planning, coordination and execution of annual training for production operators.
o Analysis, update and reporting of Key-Performance-Indicators (KPI) within the Supply Chain departments (Planning, Production, Logistics, Procurement). o First level support to the Operations director on monthly KPIs and statistics.
