I am a systems engineer and a graduate of the master's degree in data analysis - Big data multidisciplinary, passionate about tackling big challenges. I firmly believe that the success of a company depends on all the people and teams that make it up. If there is something that characterises me is that I am 100% involved in everything I do. Management and coordination of strategic and regional projects, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams from the bank and Grupo Promerica’s regional headquarters. Leading regional initiatives in conjunction with various countries within the group, ensuring that objectives, timelines and deliverables are aligned across the departments involved. Comprehensive monitoring of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering, planning and execution, through to testing, implementation, go-live and post-implementation monitoring. Coordination of working groups with business, technology, operations, risk, credit, telemarketing and external supplier departments to ensure compliance with objectives and functional requirements. Management and monitoring of schedules, risks, dependencies, incidents and action plans to ensure the successful execution of projects. Active participation in functional testing processes, certification, scenario validation and incident tracking before and after production.
- Execute work plans for system audit reviews based on risk analysis techniques and in compliance with the regulatory framework. - Assess information and security risk management. - Assess the integrity, reliability, availability, confidentiality, effectiveness and efficiency of the information and technology environment. - Evaluate the logical and physical security provided for the operation of the different applications, systems and the IT control environment. - Verify compliance with standards and procedures and evaluate deviations. - Perform reviews on program or information files in order to satisfy themselves of changes and accesses made. -Document and present results following international and internal procedures and standards.
I was part of the commercial team of the institution, where they work with Salesforce, I was from forms for students, backend of its operation, communities, programming in APEX, reports, connection with informatics, making passes to production through copying, documenting each process.
I worked according to the laws of SUGESE CR, SIBOIF NI. COBIT5 management framework, SCRUM methodology, standards such as PMI, creation of a web repository for documentation storage, creation and revision of policies, procedures and instructions in conjunction with external consultants.
I worked as IT service desk support in the company SINSA, providing software support such as JIRA, ORACLE, Database (MySQL, SQL Server) to all branches located in the country.
