I was promoted from Foreign Trade Coordinator to Foreign Trade Analyst: In charge of managing the process of import, export and temporary admission of heavy machines and energy equipment. As part of the logistics management projects of the company: - Coordination with foreign suppliers (mainly USA, Chile, Brazil, Inglaterra, India). - Following up the fulfillment of international purchase attention dates (EXW, FOB, FCA, CIF, DDP). - Review of international commercial invoices, Bill of Lading, AWB, international insurance. - Management of logistics suppliers (custom broker, freight forwarder, local carrier) - Freight and logistic services quotation - Leading optimization process projects - Ensuring the delivery lead time for the customer (at Lima / at mine).
I was promoted from Foreign Trade Assitant to Foreign Trade Coordinator: - Following up the customs process for the line of engine parts and heavy machine parts (import, export, temporary admission) - Coordination of income import cargo to the warehouse, according to the commercial priorities. - Coordination of "descarga directa" procedure (take out the cargo from Callao port to the company's warehouse or the costumer's warehouse). - Following up the income of import cargo to the customs warehouse. As well as, the coordination of taking the cargo out of the customs warehouse. - Keeping informed the internal customers (planning department, commercial department). - Analysis of fulfillment "SADA" customs declaration (customs declaration before the arrival of the goods). - Analysis of fulfillment the programming, reception and discharge of the containers at the company's warehouse. - Analysis of incidents in customs process. - I was in charge of the project: "Fulfillment the programming, reception and discharge of the containers at the company's warehouse." - I was in charge of the project: "Optimization of import process for remanufactured products" - Managing of action plan - I was part of the team work responsible of the good working environment at the logistic department.
