Overview Lead all aspects of data centre design & construction projects from project inception, through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand-over of an operating facility, that could include ground up construction, fit-outs, remodels and so on. Dealing directly with all partners, internal (Design, Procurement, Operations, Security and IT/Network, as well as external vendors comprising Contractors, design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etc. Responsible for driving a safe, quality first culture, ensuring that all applicable codes, standards, and good construction practices are followed. Ensuring that internal controls are in place at each step of the process through effective contract administration including generation, review, management, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentation. Responsibilities • Leads and manages multiple, large construction projects by example on safety, standards, and culture • Manage and monitor project progress, quality and compliance with building regulations. • Directs as many as 25+ external vendors per project comprising general contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers etc. • Significantly contributes to establishing and maintaining high value relationships • Contributes to identifying and developing training programs • Provides cross-functional training • Liaising with local authorities and relevant State agencies and departments. Leadership • Directs all internal and external project team members including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, Commercial and IT/Network support teams. • Ensure project closure, handover and lessons learnt processes are established and implemented.

Preparation of a competitive EPC offers for a national&international tender process. For that task person in charge of External department Management (Engineering, procurement, construction, HSE and quality team), Internal department management (estimating, legal and business development team), and final closing meeting with commercial manager and CEO. Client point of contact from the site visit until the presentation of the bid.
Project Management for Power Generation & CHP solutions which may consist in Equipment Supply or turn-key solutions (EPC projects). During this period, I have been responsible of the following activities: - Contract study, Cost & time execution control, Basic engineering (Data sheet and P&IDs). - Detailed engineering management (Development of layout drawings 2D and 3D, isometrics drawing with detail works prefabrication and onsite, and BOQ and BOM of piping and steel structure and quantities development for mechanical subcontractors). - Procurement management (from RFP until the positioning on site, developing the POs and the logistic to site). - Construction Supervision: site installation supervision, site HSE Supervision, commissioning and start-up supervision and operating team training. -------------November 2017-March 2018 o Project Close-up of HAIL FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. Closure of the project documentation (Vendor Documents, As-Builts and Final Dossiers/Books) and the engineering Punches, coordinating with technical departments in home office as well as on site with Subcontractors, Vendors and Client. o Technical proposal bid preparation. Managing the technical departments in order to prepare competitive Bid Proposal & Deliverables together with the commercial bid. -------------December 2015-August 2016 HAIL FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT - Engineering&Procurement Work in close coordination with the various engineering discipline leaders and all the key positions in the project. Apart of coordinating every work related with disciplines and key positions, as a Project Engineer, I was appointed by the Project Director for covering other duties as: • Cooperation to establish detail program, operative procedures or specific instructions. • Cooperation to control the advance of activities and ensure that they comply with the goals of the detail program. • Study or assessment of the design changes proposed by the Disciplines and/or the COMPANY. • Control of the correct undertaking of activities carried out by the sub-contractors and coordinates them with the affected project departments. • Convey of the necessary information to the several departments, procurement, construction or third parties, as vendors sub-contractors and so on. • Monitor and coordinate the specific work to be accomplished by the disciplines related to the assigned areas (e.g. 3D model, P&IDs, IT & Automation Tools, etc.). • Coordinate the production of PROJECT deliverables. • PROJECT meetings coordination with all the disciplines as well as the CLIENT. • Coordinate engineering subcontractors. • Coordinator of Engineering & Procurement TIE-INS (weekly follow up with Client).
HAIL FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT - Construction ------------------------INTERFACE-SIMOPS COORDINATOR. Hail Island Focal Point of TR in HAIL where I serve as liaison between different parties developing work in the Island, • Internal (with all TR Subcontractors: Electromechanical, Civil, Offshore activities -Pipelines and submarine cable lay- Temporary facilities, General Services and Boats) . Coordinating, following and reporting their daily activities. • External (with Client Operation team and with all his Subcontractors: Drilling Rig, Drilling Fluid and Environmental Monitoring) Carrying out daily Interface/SIMOPS meetings where every party involved in the project present their daily activities in order to manage Interfaces and help each other with the development of all the works comprising the Project. Besides that, I have conduct in the island the following activities: • Logistic/ Material Coordinator. • Machinery and Direct Manpower management of the main Contractor. • Water & Diesel Management. • Assistance of Vendors at Site (SAT & Training) ------------------------TIE-INS (SHUTDOWN)COORDINATOR. Mubarraz Island Management and coordination of all the works to be done during the shutdown of an oil plant (66000 BPD) from Engineering phase (where I carried out weekly follow up meeting of the engineering and the procurement) till the completion of the shutdown on site (where I deal with Client and with Subcontractors): • Piping: Demolitions and construction of 15 connections with the existing plant and the demolition and erection of a new flare (stack, pipe, steel structure, electrical and control system). • Electrical: Cubicles/feeders modifications • Control: System modifications in the existing CS3000 system and integration of existing DCS system with New ICSS system in Mubarraz Control room.
Technical and commercial proposal preparation. • Reviewed and interpreted tender technical specifications and client requirements. • Responsible for developing the proposal plan, budget and resource requirements, establishing schedules, proposal outlines, and responsibility matrix. • Responsible for generating proposal costs and prices for management approval. • Responsible for managing and request for quotations from subcontractors, follow-up on commercial and technical clarifications from clients and subcontractors. • Responsible for evaluating subcontractor proposals. • Provided technical support in revising contracts.
