Interning at Hengrave Hall which is a all inclusive event location where guests can stay overnight as well as celebrating special occasions such as weddings and anniversaries. Worked alongside the in-house event team, helping to plan guests’ special days to ensure that events ran smoothly. * Responsible for greeting and checking in all guests upon arrival and showing them around the property and to their rooms. * Coordinated with all relevant members of the event team on guest arrival and location in the property. * Confirmed with team that all duties and outstanding activities on the planning schedule were complete and/or what still needed to be finished. * Liaised with photography and wedding ceremony teams, updating them on progress of the guests whereabouts, helping them to capture special moments on film. * Communicated with floristry teams and suppliers, catering and evening reception set up teams.
