Due to the suspension of the ICRC activities in Azerbaijan
- Supervised and implemented protection activities concerning families of missing persons from the Karabakh conflicts; - Collected Ante-Mortem Data (AMD), established Pedigree Trees, and coordinated DNA sampling processes in collaboration with relevant state authorities; - Managed tracing requests, ensured consistent follow-up, and provided family support throughout post-funeral procedures; - Maintained close coordination with municipal authorities, the State Commission, and the Red Crescent Society; - Handled international tracing cases involving Iraq, Syria, Ukraine, and Russia, ensuring detailed reporting and operational support (including opening TCs, collecting RCMs, and facilitating video/Skype calls between detainees and their families); - Assisted the Protection Department in strategic planning, field coordination, and compliance with ICRC operational standards; - Represented the organization in international workshops and seminars held in Geneva, Amman, and Tbilisi; - Prepared official reports and contributed to policy discussions on Missing Persons and Foreign Fighters case management.
- Oversaw procurement operations, ensuring transparency and adherence to IRC logistics and procurement policies; - Coordinated logistics and field operations, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services to program sites; - Collaborated with emergency response teams to facilitate rapid deployment and resource allocation; - Monitored vendor compliance and maintained accurate procurement documentation; - Provided administrative and logistical recommendations to improve efficiency and accountability.
- Provided Persian language translation and real-time interpretation for operational and diplomatic engagements; - Supported intelligence briefings, prepared classified cross-border communication materials, and ensured accuracy in translations; - Facilitated communication and coordination with foreign counterparts on security and operational matters; - Maintained strict confidentiality and accuracy in all operational documentation.
