Notable highlights include building a social media strategy that grew engagement from zero to an average of approximately 27,000 weekly views across platforms, growing podcast viewership to an average of 10,000 YouTube views per month, and leading the 2024 Love, Respect & Kindness campaign, which generated approximately 20M marketing and social impressions and 80M PR impressions.

Served as a member of the founding team for CirrusMD, a next-generation, chat-first virtual care company later acquired by Quantum Health in 2026. Helped support the company’s early growth through a combination of operational, administrative, financial, and compliance-related responsibilities. My work included helping build core business functions, supporting accounting and operational processes, contributing to HIPAA compliance efforts, and managing physician credentialing and multi-state licensing support to help expand the company’s clinical reach. I also contributed to the development and rollout of a mobile and web-based platform designed to reduce barriers to care through text and video-based physician access.
