Partnering with technology companies to build GTM teams across enterprise sales
As part of a California-based Managed Cannabis Services Provider (MCSP), I supported go-to-market strategy and product development for an ERP platform integrating wholesale e-commerce, METRC-compliant workflows, inventory management, and forecasting for yield, revenue, and profitability. The goal was to streamline the cannabis supply chain and enable compliant, scalable management of tested bulk cannabis. I joined in-office amid the COVID-19 pandemic, when we qualified as an essential business, collaborating closely with the co-founders, Head of Product, Creative Director, and IT to advance critical initiatives during a period of rapid operational change. Key contributions included: Driving marketing and lead-generation efforts across CRM, social channels, and California public records and licensing databases to support sales. Managing onboarding and catalog publishing of craft cannabis SKUs for a wholesale marketplace, including SOP development for product photography and content standards Partnering daily with an offshore engineering team on UI/UX execution, agile sprints, QA testing, and rapid product iteration. Following subsequent mergers and acquisitions, Eco Farm continues to deliver technology-driven supply chain solutions while supporting California’s legacy cannabis ecosystem. The work we did helped lay a foundation for scalable systems aligned with evolving state and federal legalization.
Enhanced game-day broadcast experiences with BuffVision, Pac-12 Networks, and previously Furman Athletic Productions by managing audio/visual setups and operating broadcast cameras for live events across football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, baseball, and softball—several of which were streamed to national audiences. Collaborated closely with broadcast and production teams to deliver seamless video board and live-feed content that elevated fan engagement. A standout moment included working the 2019 Nebraska vs. Colorado football game, culminating in the Buffaloes’ overtime comeback victory.
