My role as the Alliances Manager at Natterbox is to align and develop our sales opportunities with Salesforce.com across EMEA. I head up the Alliances Team which is responsible for developing partnerships and GTM strategies with Salesforce SIs and complimentary ISVs within the Ecosystem, to develop greater awareness of Natterbox service offerings and generate new business . Current Project: Investment Suitability Audit and Re-Profiling Project for a Private Bank. • Carried out a high level suitability assessment using KYC information and investment profile data. • Adhered to the Conduct of Business Sourcebook (COBS) rules regarding suitability set by the Wealth Management Association (WMA). • Analysed client’s capacity for loss, as well as their financial circumstances and appetite for risk. • Calculated the amount of reparation due and liaised with front office teams. • Supported the process of redressing clients by creating client suitability letters from the investor profile. • In cases where there was concern around client suitability and potential detriment a detailed review of case records, notes and recorded telephone calls.
Role involved 360 recruitment cycle including new business through to placement. Responsible for pitching and winning new business, but also developing and account management of existing accounts.
