Draft and review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Acceptable Use Policies (AUPs) in alignment with company cybersecurity and compliance standards. Assist with the development and legal vetting of contractual documents including service-level agreements (SLAs) and teaming agreements. Support the legal review and compliance assessment of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and government RFP responses to ensure risk mitigation and adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations. Conduct legal research on federal procurement policies and state-specific contract law to support executive decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual obligations and data privacy standards are met during proposal submissions and vendor negotiations. Maintain version control and filing system for legal agreements and contract correspondence, contributing to audit readiness and compliance reporting.
