• Manage portfolio of internal & external recruitment on all levels: from intake with management to giving feedback to candidates • Career coaching for internal employees • Internal HR projects such as kick-off days for the young graduates
• Coordination of HR projects in outplacement, coaching and change management • Creation of sales and marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, presentations, proposals • Manage sales statistics for both national and international reporting • Support candidates during outplacement process
