Responsible for providing insight across the client base, consisting of professional sports teams, NGB's and venues, via analysis, reporting and tracking of key trends to inform strategy and support delivery of the best service for clients. Use of an in-depth understanding of client database structures and compositions to identify segments for targeted marketing campaigns and working with digital designers to create campaign templates. Deliver targeted campaigns (using specified data/e-marketing platforms) to meet client objectives, liaising with allocated clients to optimise the success of their campaigns and strategies.
