Providing many different services to a wide range of people. This job has improved my communication skills and has taught me how to cope with both difficult and stressful situations.
During my time here, I experienced many roles, from serving customers both adults and children, fulfilling online orders and communicating with customers virtually and interacting with other branches to discuss stock levels. This was a challenging role but I thoroughly enjoyed the variety throughout the day and it helped my improve my time management, logical and communication skills.
I had two different roles while working here, one was in the grotto over the Christmas months dealing with transactions and interacting with different groups of people, learning you have to have a sense of humour especially when wearing an elf costume. The other position was as a cashier developing teamwork and communication skills.
