Helped assist students in the course learn the basics of cooking and the food science behind all the recipes. Demonstrated various technical skills at the beginning of class and answered the students’ questions throughout class. Held office hours outside of class time to help those who needed help with assignments and class concepts. Planned a cultural lab at the end of the semester with new recipes to teach students about traditional Hawaiian foods.
Supported the development of the marketing department and performed market analysis on epilepsy drugs. Attended company conferences and meetings to experience the collaboration between different company departments and the process of brainstorming ideas to overcome obstacles. Created presentations for company meetings and presented the current overview and development of epilepsy drugs during a board meeting.
