Lead Designer supporting the Global Vehicle e-Commerce customer experience. Serve as UX evangelist and user advocate collaboratively solving problems with data informed decisions while improving process. 2025 won the Global Digital UX Collaboration Award, June 2023 End of Sprint Share Out - Strategized, developed and facilitated Intake of all product teams’ UX and updates across 3 Business Units to share with leaders and stakeholders. Strategized, developed and led the 2023 E2E Benchmark Research Initiative for the End to End Vehicle e-Commerce in collaboration with UX Research Manager. Partnered with UX Research to facilitate UX/PM team analysis of Benchmark data. Created frameworks and visual timelines to both plan work and share process with broader teams. Most recently: sole designer on the Identity and Security teams spanning native app and online channels for DIY and Pro customers. Previously sole designer on: Availability and Inventory, User Generated Content (Ratings & Reviews), Articles & Content, Orders & Purchases, Basket Building, My Account Customer, and Private Label Credit Card teams. Developed and maintained UX project kanban board and milestones Figma Pilot Program thought leader Facilitated and coordinated weekly Peer Review. Participated in regular design reviews with designers, product partners and leadership. Collaborated with distributed teams of designers, product managers, developers, customers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts on-site and remotely. Worked closely with distributed UX partners including customer experience, research and content strategy. Conducted competitive analysis and design research. Chartering Officer that collaboratively drove the organization into the next phase of maturity. Austin UXPA is the largest independently operated UX focused nonprofit devoted to continued education and career development in the Central Texas region. Additionally I worked closely with the Communications team to develop cohesive messaging and strategy, while supporting volunteers’ career development.
I contributed in support of the UXPA Austin's goal of providing educational events for designers, researchers, information architects, and developers. Areas of focus included: event planning, speaker coordination, member communications, and securing donations and sponsorships.
Responsible for addressing the needs of chapter membership, including service delivery, recruiting, and retaining members in accordance with chapter by-laws and policies.
