Greater Cleveland
As School Director I served the faculty and school to create research and clinical partners on campus and across the borders globally in the Bahamas, Turkey, Africa and Brazil. I worked with the faculty to help them achieve promotion and tenure and to better organize their materials for tenure, promotion and help them gain internal and extramural support. I communicated with my colleagues and am transparent and encourage faculty to work in this manner. I believe in the “Student’s First Initiative” #flashestakecareofflashes #studentsfirst
